This warranty gives you the access to a free re-plating and repair service for 12 months. And after that? We offer a lifetime repair and re-plate service for a small fee.

What services are available?
Replating
If you’ve found your pieces have lost their shine or colour, we’re able to replate them for you.
Resizing
If you’ve ordered the wrong size, we can help you resize no problem!
Repairing
We understand that creating pieces to be worn or used everyday can sometimes mean they get damaged amongst busy life. Don’t worry though, we’re happy to repair your most treasured trinkets.
How does the warranty work?
Simply follow the instructions for the option below that best describes how you purchased or received your piece. If you’re outside the warranty don’t worry, you can take advantage of our Lifetime Repair Service, we will apply a repair charge that will trigger a new 12 months Warranty on your piece.
I purchased my jewellery at JewelTreeLondon.com
Send us an email on customercare@jeweltreelondon.com with your email address and online order number (which is at the top of your order confirmation email and starts WEB, ENG, etc). We will provide you with the paperwork and shipping label you need to send your jewellery back to us. If you can’t find your order number you can also login to your account to see a list of all your orders.
I purchased my jewellery at a Jewel Tree Pop-up store
Send us an email on customercare@jeweltreelondon.com with your email address and purchase receipt. We will provide you with the paperwork and shipping label you need to send your jewellery back to us.
I received my jewellery as a gift
Send us an email on customercare@jeweltreelondon.com with your email address and proof of purchase/Gift receipt. We will provide you with the paperwork and shipping label you need to send your jewellery back to us.
No Proof of Purchase
If you can’t find your proof of purchase, don’t worry. You can still take advantage of our Lifetime Repair Service, for a small fee – this will also trigger a new 12 months Warranty on your piece. To do so, send us an email on customercare@jeweltreelondon.com with your email address and we will provide you with the paperwork and shipping details you need to send your jewellery back to us.
Outside of Warranty
If your piece is outside the 12 months time-frame don’t worry, we can still service your jewellery with our Lifetime Repair Service, for a small fee. This will also trigger a new 12 months Warranty on your piece. To take advantage, send us an email on customercare@jeweltreelondon.com with your email address and we will provide you with the paperwork and shipping details you need to send your jewellery back to us.
