Custom duties and taxes
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs or import duties and tax charges once they reach their destination country outside of the UK. We do not cover this cost so you will be responsible for paying any import charges that may be added. As customs vary from country to country, unfortunately we can’t advise on these charges, and would recommend you contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Can I pick up my order?
Not yet. We currently do not provide a click and collect service.
Can I change/cancel my order once placed?
Once an order has been placed we are unable to make any changes or cancel your orders.

Can my parcel be redirected?
We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched, so please supply an address where you will be available to sign and receive your order. If you wish to redirect your parcel, please contact the courier company with your order directly.
Can I delivery to a PO Box Address?
We are unable to deliver to PO Box numbers, BFPO addresses, mail-forwarding addresses and temporary residence addresses. This is to ensure the undamaged delivery of your Jewel Tree London order and that all our orders require a signature for delivery.

Do I need to sign for my Parcel?
For security purposes, all Jewel Tree London deliveries require a signature. All mainland UK next-day deliveries are sent via DPD and you will receive a notification on the day of delivery via text or e-mail.
How long will my personalised order take?
Please allow 7-10 working days for your order to be despatched (excluding weekends) for engraved and monogrammed items. Orders that have both a personalised and non-personalised item cannot be split into two separate shipments.
